Anybody knows an insurance company that will cover me as a landlord for tenants that have Pitbulls? I have a good applicant for one of my rentals but he has two Pitbulls registered as "emotional support animals" and I'm trying to find out how protect myself from such liability. Not sure how to proceed on this case.

What an interesting question I will be meeting with an attorney of mine later today and I will ask about this and maybe make a video about this I have questions like:
What is the legal process of an animal becoming an "emotional support animal"?
As a landlord what does a tenants "emotional support animal" mean for me and normal pet restrictions?
How can I get insurance for "high risk dog breeds" if they are emotional support animals?
Any other questions you think I should ask please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Basilio,
Simply ask the rental applicant or inform them in order to move in that they will need to provide you with proof of rental / tenant insurance that way the tenants include in their insurance that they have two Pitbull's. Hope this helps!
