I've got a potential vacant lot that I may be able to wholesale or build upon myself and I am in need of a closing attorney in the Atlanta area that can provide me with guidance and a contract to take to the owner to hopefully get the lot under contract. 

I'm also open to working out a joint venture with any builders on here who see this, and if any builders see this, please shoot me your contact information and the areas you build in. This lot is in a hot new construction area. 

I'd appreciate any recommendations on good closing attorneys who are investor friendly and have experience doing wholesale transactions.
