    I haven't heard of rental permits or inspections in Atlanta.  We're not the most regulated market, when compared to your San Francisos, New Yorks, etc.  Section 8 has an annual inspection, but that's national.  

    What's the context for your ask?  What do you want to know?

    There is only one part of OKC where this is needed! The rest doesn't require permitting / inspections unless you go Section 8! Does that help?
