Will you house-hack or do you have some cash you can use as a down payment? Definitely check out some of the Bigger Pockets books, and set up some keyword alerts on the forums (newbie, Georgia, new investor, other things that you are interested in or looking to learn more about, make as many as you can think of).

Thank you for the Welcome. I am interested in that area because I will be moving to Ft Benning in the spring. I plan on house hacking a SFH or a duplex using an FHA loan. I am currently into a few of the BP books and learning as much as I can!
