I am new to real estate looking to invest in the Columbus/Cusseta GA area and build a team to cultivate financial success. I am looking for recommendations for team members that you have used and found success with in the investment process. @Cole Falkenstine Welcome to the BP Forums! Just curious why you are interested in the Columbus/Cusseta GA area? Have you narrowed down what your niche will be? SFR, Multi? Will you house-hack or do you have some cash you can use as a down payment? Definitely check out some of the Bigger Pockets books, and set up some keyword alerts on the forums (newbie, Georgia, new investor, other things that you are interested in or looking to learn more about, make as many as you can think of).

Thank you for the Welcome. I am interested in that area because I will be moving to Ft Benning in the spring. I plan on house hacking a SFH or a duplex using an FHA loan. I am currently into a few of the BP books and learning as much as I can!
I'm always looking for team members here in Columbus. I have leads on fix-and-flips and would be interested in partnering up.
Appreciate you reaching out! I'm primarily looking for a move-in ready duplex of SFH for my first property but am still interested in having a conversation and talking about future endeavors!
