HI there I'm a newer agent in Miami, FL. Licensed for a little over then two years now and I'm looking for some tips on how to get leads from people seeking rentals. Fact is for the past two years while attempting to make this transition into my Real Estate Career I've been having more money go out then coming in. So I need to get some funds coming in rather quickly and I figured the rental market would be a good way for me to do that. I look forward to some feedback thank you.

@Jose Moll I would post flyers at places where you might find renters, like a laundry mat. Are you posting on craigslist? I know some agents don't like rentals because you can show a lot of properties to one potential renter for a small commission, but it is a good way to start I think.
In regard to you funds going out instead of in, are you with a company that charges you a lot? Try to see if you can find an agency that just charges the minimum. I know some agencies charge office space when you are not even using it. Hope this helps.

@Caroline Thank you for the input and yes I just started posting on Craigslist. I do like your idea about the flyers in certain locations. I would just need to think of some good areas where I'm able to do so. Maybe a Community College.
My office dues are currently 80.00/monthly but I do enjoy the training.
Again thank you for the idea.
