What do you use for high interior paint colors in Chicago?

Question

What do you use for high end flips and rentals interior paint colors in Chicago?

What are the trends for interior paint colors in high end flips and high end rentals in Chicago?

On my rentals, I use navajo white and primer on ceilings. It's boring.

Can you share the color palette?

Thanks,

Frank

Gray, so much gray.

Steven Lowe · Answer

Not a particular color, but I do like Benjamin Moore Aura interior paint.

Forrest Williams · Answer

Accessible beige from Sherwin Williams. Worst name for a paint but looks real good.

Erika Carter · Answer

Grays are wonderful! Next shades of light beige, light blues!

Marian Smith · Answer

@Frank S. Look at mls photos of flips. Here you usually see white and off white walls with a modern overall style.

Thanks- Not much better than Navajo White, it seems. I will tune in HDTV and attend a few open houses.
