@Thalia Mena Welcome to BP and welcome to real estate.  How are you planning to make some money short and long term?  Any idea on focus or possible niche?  


A couple of great books for you to read/listen to as you build your network are Sales Ninja by Larry Kendall and 7 Levels of Communication by Michael Maher.  Not specific to Chicago but specific to real estate brokers but great books for anyone in sales, which we all are...LOL.  

@John Warren & @Tony Angelos You guys better of read these already and if not these are great books to build on the successes you have had already.

    @Mark Ainley I'm on Millionaire Real Estate Agent from Gary Keller right now, and believe me, I have a long list to get through from all the recommendations on the Straight Up Chicago Investor podcast. I don't think it's been recommended yet, but I have "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss pretty high on my list as well.

    @Tony Angelos That read is always a nessesity to read but Jay Papasan also has Millionare Real Estate Investor that is a good one.  Chris Voss is great listen and if you like him after you read the book he did a podcast on Joe Rogan and Genius Network(Joe Polish) that is fun to listen to.

    @Mark Ainley Thanks for the tips. Putting Millionaire Real Estate Investor on my list and I'm going to check out that podcast episode! Joe Rogan always seems to be a great conversationalist from the episodes I've heard.
