Recommendation for lenders who have done FHA loans

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a multi-unit property in the Chicago area and would like to take out an FHA loan. Does anyone have any recommendations for lenders who have done FHA loans? I might also need to do an FHA 203k loan as well.

    Hi @Tim Matthews, this is definitely a world I know well and would be happy to help. While I specialize in 2-4unit financing of all kinds, FHA included, and do a TON of renovation, I'm also a developer and investor myself. I've done both new construction and rehab of multi-units, and happy to share any contacts from architects, engineers, HUD Consultants, contractors, GC's, etc., etc. Don't hesitate to reach out, happy to open the rolodex!
