Hey, everyone!  I am from the area but now live in NE Florida  I am still always looking to connect with active investors who buy & hold in Elgin, South Elgin, Hampshire, West Dundee, etc.

    @Terry Wheeland does quite a few deals in the Kane County area as well.

    @Jonathan Klemm We are actually looking to exit the IL market entirely and focus on the Southeast.
