Contractor availability in Jacksonville

Hello BP community,

I am trying to get a pulse check on the availability of contractors on a potential flip. I work overseas, so all of the repairs will have to be hired out. Do you guys see a large wait time for quality contractors in the Jacksonville area?

Thank you all!

The short answer to your question is no.  There are plenty of contractors, even good contractors here.  You should not experience any delays based on contractor availability from my experience.  Good luck!

If your property is on the East / South side, then no, there likely isin't a wait time.

If you have a property on the west / north side, then potentially yes, there may be a wait time.
The reason for this is not all contractors will service the West / North side.
