Hello,
I'm trying to see guesstimate of roof replacement costs for an industrial building in Fort Wayne, IN. Ballpark is fine with like a price per square foot. Also curious how much landscaping for an industrial lot would cost (minimal grass and trees). Loose range is fine. Thanks!

I’m in Chicago, but we price full replacements at between $8-$9 psf. Not sure about the landscaping. Although that doesn't sound like more than 10K worth of landscaping work?

One of my neighbors just replaced a 20,000 sq ft rubber flat roof on an Industrial building for around $110,000 in the Fort Wayne area. I got one quoted one last year for a 16k tear off at $98k. Of course there are many variables and prices may have risen this year compared to last, but I would ballpark between $5-7/ sq ft.
I wouldn't think grass/landscaping would be much more than $10k for some very basic trees, shrubs and some grass seed. Again, depends on the size of your project.
Also out in Chicago, but I work for a contractor and sell roofs. Typically are priced between $500 and $700 a Square (100sqft) for full replacement.
Really depends on the complexity of the roof structure and accessory items needed for the build.
LOL, Josh I may be contacting you. Would you guys come out to Lake County? Looking at a decent size industrial value-add deal out that way with some roof issues. The outfit we use are nice guys that we know that have always done a good job for us (mostly small patch jobs), but they are pricey. And this one might need wholesale upgrades.

@Andrew Tripp
Hey Andrew, my apologies I totally didn't see you guys were talking about industrial. I primarily do residential builds and that's the numbers I was talking about.
However! Would definitely be able to go out to lake county and may be able to help you out
