I live in Kansas city. What is the better path if you are getting a real estate license in both states? Which one is better to do first? Does it not matter too much? Thanks.

Where are most of the core people that you are going to rely on as clients, or to refer you clients? What area do you know the best, also, which broker/company are you wanting to work through?

Thanks for all the replies! The goal for the license is purely to get access to current and historical data. I'm developing some tools to analyze markets and need access to both. I just wasn't sure if there was one route that'd be easier because I saw each state has different requirements for people who are already licensed in a different state.
