Connecting with Louisville Investors/ RE Professionals
Hey, Louisville BPers! I'm a bit of an introvert newbie so naturally, a year after joining BP, this is my first post. I just wanted to reach out to say 'hello' to all of you investors and RE professionals in the Louisville market! I am from the Portland, OR metro area and am looking to connect with those of you involved in Louisville. I am planning to build a portfolio utilizing the BRRRR method in Louisville from out of state. After reading, researching, listening to podcasts, and being stuck in analysis paralysis regarding picking a market for the past two years, I am finally ready/committed to taking action.
