Looking for an investor friendly GC
I am a remote investor looking at potential gut renovations in Baltimore. I am looking for a GC to give me an estimate on repair costs for a property I'm currently interested in.
I talked with my lender to get 1 GC, but I would like a second set of eyes. Any suggestions?
Unfortunately it's difficult for me to go to meetups or find contractors in the wild since I'm not currently living in Baltimore.
