I need to have assignment documents created for seller and buyer. Also, I would like to have a attorney look over a contract to find any ways to terminate the contract without penalty or to see if there is a penalty (This issue is for my mother and the land she's selling).
Also I need a solid attorney for future situations..Contract offers, signing, drafts and whatever else that may come about.
