Hi everyone!

I know good GCs are highly coveted, but I'm in the process of finding a 2-3 unit rehab in Fitchburg and was wondering if anyone has general contractor recommendations? I know I saw Professional Performance headed by Zac Fleckner mentioned in a post from a few years ago, but their company's website appears inactive. 

Any other recommendations? (Or new info for Zac?)

@Courtney Fitch Hey there, have you attended the NEREIA in Chelmsford?  Many intros to be had there.

It is a rare day I see Westford pop up here as well!

 Thanks Jessica! Noticed you're in Westminster and I just had an offer accepted today on the Westminster/Gardner line funnily enough! I'm good for now as I can do all of the work on this deal, but would love his info for future properties if you're able to send it over.

Not surprising - I don't personally see Westford as a REI-type of town :)

I have not yet - didn't even realize there was one in Chelmsford. I had primarily been looking in Worcester until about a month ago and was trying to make it out there for some meetings. However, there's too much competition out there for a newbie like me at the moment, so I switched my search to along Rt 2. Maybe I'll see you in Chelmsford one of these days!

I have one who lives in Marlboro and worked on my home Reno in Acton. Lmk if you are still looking and I can put you in touch to discuss.

As usual, do your own due diligence, get bids from 3 contractors, etc etc
