We currently own over 70 units in MA, NH, and CT. I call us “residential friendly”, sure we’ll do a SF or condo, but our focus is the investment properties. Personally we invest in larger assets and properties that require creative financing. I make it a point not compete with any of our clients on the deals we find. I enjoy helping new and experienced investors purchase and manage real estate. We recently added our Property Management company, Simplified Management, to the mix so we can provide more support to our investors after closing.
