Hello BP Community,
I am an investor and HVAC Technician in Worcester County Massachusetts with a potential owner finance deal but having trouble finding an Attorney for these types of transactions. Any references would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ed, you may want to try Grugnale & Schlesinger, P.C.. They do a lot of work with local Real Estate Investors and are a sponsor of the Black Diamond REIA. They do a greta job and are very responsive. I cant post contact info but if you search google you will find their website which includes contact info for either Meghan Grugnale or Brandy Schlesinger

There may be an issue with some aspect of the deal. Owner financing has become problematic since Dodd Frank. If Meghan Grugnale says not to do it that way, I'd listen.
Try Alan Segal at Segal Law Office. If he also says no, be sure to find out what makes it not doable, and then listen to them.
