Looking to BRRRR in Detroit

I've been looking into real estate in Detroit since it seems like a good place to BRRRR. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. We're also going to need an agent, contractor, property manager and lender.

I've just started working with Imagine Home Realty, which has a property management company, Ark Property Management, and a company that specialises in reham for REI, Imagine Construction Management. So far so good.

    Hey, you can BRRR just have to buy in better areas where the price point allows you to BRRR. I can help and refer any trusted people to contact.

    @Joett Ocasio Buy Cash. Loan for rehab. Rent with property management as you鈥檙e not local. 6 months after your purchase appraisal and cash-out. Repeat.

    I have a list of 48 sfr homes in Detroit market, all vacant and in need of rehab. You can acquire as few or as many. Asking 15K each home.

    Just FYI - We are cash bulk investors and currently operate 250+ units in Detroit.

    Is it on the East or Westside, Brick or Frame?

    Location grading?
