Hi everyone, hope you guys are doing well! 

I'm a new investor who is looking to purchase a multi-family investment property within the Detroit area. Currently I live in New York, but am looking for a long distant investment property.   

If anyone knows of a great agent who is able to assist me in this process, please let me know! Also if anyone has any tips/suggestions I'd love to connect.

If you're serious about buying, I recommend FIRE Realty. Joe Hammel has put together a great team. My agent Nick Harris is a rock star and has kept me on track to complete the 90 day challenge.
