Hey Everyone,

Getting our first property under contract in Kalamazoo and are working through the process of scoping out the work and bidding our project. Any recommendations for contractors in the area?

Also - any tips on regulation regarding doing work to siding/porches which have tenants in the property? Any help is much appreciated!

Challenge will be to find a contractor who isn’t 6-8 months out. All the good ones are booked, unless it’s a small job and they can squeeze it in
