Josh, I'm in the Greater Lansing Area and work for a great brokerage that is based out of Troy, MI ... While their offices are in Troy & Sterling Heights the online tools and technology allow me to work completely remote. We have great training, admin support and best of all 100% commission... @Josh Bagley chat with as many brokers and agents in your area to find one that have common interest, moral and core beliefs, and goals so that can work with them to not only make you a better agent but then a bette team!
