New investor to visit KC and looking for recommendations
Hey KC community!
My partner and I will be in KC this Thursday Apr 26 thru May 01 and looking to meet likeminded investors during our downtime from looking at 4 plexes and apartments. We have a bit of experience investing in Illinois, Texas, Oregon, and California and would love to share ideas and network. Coffee, Tea or Drinks on us!
In addition, if anyone knows of a good property manager, that will be super helpful.
We hear the food in KC is outstanding and can't wait to try all the local eats!

@Johnny Park I go to KC every other month, check out Kansas City Joes, best bbq I've had was from that place. I've thought about buying property there too, lmk what you find.
