Hello BP,
I am an out of state investor residing in Kalamazoo, MI, about 4 hours away from the Cleveland area and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good Property Manager in the Cleveland area. I am looking to invest in multi-unit families and eventually commercial but am open to whatever is the best strategy in the area. I am planning on taking a trip in the coming weeks to meet with people but for now am doing some introductory phone calls with a few PM's. Thus far I've spoken with:
Holton Wise
REDS Realty
Jack Cornacio -
RE/MAX GLR Realty Advisors
Any feedback on these would be greatly appreciated as well as any further recommendations. It appears that some PM's only focus on certain areas of Cleveland and others only on larger scale commercial properties. Any insights into the hot areas/strategies, etc. for Cleveland would be appreciated. Thanks!

We have experience with two local management companies:
Remax Haven Realty- Kristin and the team do a great job. This company is also investor friendly and provides solutions to out of state investors. Please get down to details on fees associated with Remax as they tend to vary.
Howard Hanna- Jared and his team are well-experienced, managing hundreds of SFH in the county. Their team is reliable and professional, and can assist in the ongoing requirements, including turn-overs and evictions.
These companies are better than any other I know of in the county.

Welcome to the Cleveland forum, Wish you the best, but this topic has been hashed out five times on the front page already with alot of good commentary. That might be why not many people have commented here. Is there a question you had that wasn't addressed?

We are out of state and we use IIP Management for our clients. They handle anywhere between 20-30 properties for our clients every month. They are very good with the new take on, reporting process, as well with the new reports that they generate to us and our Clients every month. Many of their clients are out of state, they are really good and on top of handling the property management and the ease to the Client.
