About to move: rent or sell my house?

I currently live in Ohio, and will be moving (somewhere) out west in the next few months. I have never rented out a property that I own before. I realize there are many potential hurdles with renters, from screening tenants to dealing with issues while they are in the property. Would I be best suited to find a tenant, use AirBNB, or just sell?

It sounds like you have rented out other people's properties? if so, renting out your own is no different. It's business.
Ultimately, it depends on your goals, and the numbers of your property.
For example, if your market rent in the area is $1200, and your mortgage is $1000-$1400, it's probably best to sell.

You have to run the numbers and then you will know what to do.
Tenants: How much can you get in rent and will the rent cover all the expenses?
AIrBNB -There was a recent BP episode on this subject. I'm sure you can find it quite easily.
Sell- What is it worth, and what will you net after taxes? Do you need the money?
Start with the AirBnB episode and go from there...
