Self managing in Portland, OR and remember a website that populates Craigslist, Zillow and others. Not many vacancies or rentals so not up to date. Can someone clue me in as to what is the latest? Thank you.

@Jeff S.

pretty sure Cozy.Co syndicates ads to a variety of websites, facilitates tenants paying online, etc. I’m considering making the switch to them myself (I still post everything myself, one at a time)

    Hey Jeff. I try to post on as many as possible. Zillow, Hotpads, Zumper, Apartment.com, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.

    It used to be Postlets but now apparently Postlets is Zillow Rental Manager which posts to Hotpads, Trulia, and Zillow. I am in the same boat as you - we own/manage one duplex in Vancouver, WA and are trying to get a new tenant in for March 1st or earlier. It's our first vacancy since we bought it and I am nervous that I am not posting to enough places because response has been slow so far.

    @Mathew Wray Cozy does post in multiple websites, tenants can also apply thru that platform & they even runs background/credit checks. I love it and glad I chose the program.

    Thank you so much @Brad Hammond, @Emily P.,@Mathew Wray and @Natalie Lopez! Looking to beat the March 1 insanity Portland has in mind. Response a little lackluster on Craigslist alone so will add as you all suggest.

    I'm with you @Jeff S., we are getting a lot of response on Facebook Marketplace and hardly anything on CL or Zillow Rental Manager. I'm perplexed!
