Is there a way to get financing for international investors?

A European friend wants to get into the US real estate market but does not want to use all her cash, is there a solution for her? Philly market

    Hello,  

    Your friend should look into foreign national mortgages.  I don't have any specific lenders to recommend, however.  I am also an investor and agent in the Philly market.

    Our company works with a number of international investors and I can give you the contacts to a couple lenders that we know of that do lend to foreign investors, please PM ME.
