Hello Everyone,

I'm an investor out in NY. I'm looking to Invest in the Philadelphia market. Primarily for SFH Fix & Flips then build a rental portfolio. I'm looking for the best advice as far as the most lucrative zip codes that I should be looking for deals in as I know Philly is block by block. I'm looking to close within the next 30 days so if anyone has any insight or advice I would love to work with you!
