Hi I'm Mike and I've recently invested in a property in Towamensing Trails, PA.
I am trying to build a local network (and conversation) for other investors in the same area, doing the same thing.
I'm sure if this describes you, then you, like me, have questions too.
I'd like to know if anyone out there in the forums has historical data regarding vacancy rates of homes in Towamensing Trails? What is your overall vacancy per year, etc...

It has been my experience that most of the marketing for that area is done to the Philadelphia market due to the proximity of the northeast extension as well as the new exit@ of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. In recent years a lot of marketing has been done to the Russian ethnic market in NYC. I can't help you with vacancy rates etc as we are in the flipping market and spend most all of our time in the Mt. Pocono area selling to the NYC commuter.
