I'm an agent in Lexington SC and looking for builders that are interested in land. Mainly in Lexington, Gilbert, Chapin, Ballentine, ect...

Running across a good bit of vacant land that is in the path of growth on both sides of Lake Murray.

Feel free to reach out!

Also, any investors searching in these areas, message me, I'll be happy to help.

Tracy,

Contact your local HBA (Home Builders Association), they will be able to give you a list of members and ask them the companies that are buying land.  There will be a few key players that would appreciate a good flow of 'quality' land opportunities.  When talking with them ask them the type of parcels they are looking for and what sort of characteristics they need such as size, location, soil types, topography.   That will help you refine the deals you look for and provide quality opportunities for the builders.
