Hi!

Do you have an investment property or live/work/play in the Rozelle (38114) area? Due to its close proximity to Cooper-Young I was wondering if any gentrification has started spilling over to the outside edges of some popular neighborhoods.  Any thoughts or advice is appreciated!

It's an area with some possibilities-but it's not as desirable if you were East to North East a little more.
