Thanks Jack! That data certainly feels true on the front lines. June home prices in Davidson County were up 21.7% annualized in Davidson County and 28.6% annualized in Williamson County. PWC's article is proof that Middle Tennessee is still a great place to invest with long term solid outlook. It's amazing seeing this city change on, what seems to be, a daily basis.
