Hi, I'm an out of state investor seeking recommendations for an investor friendly property management company, as well as investor friendly realtors in Chattanooga. Looking to expand my out of state rental portfolio leveraging BRRRR & looking forward to making some connections!

@Account Closed I highly recommend Tunnel Property Management. Quite a few of my out of town investors have used them and are extremely pleased. During Covid rental freezes, they still maintained around a 98% collection rate.
