Hi, I'm an out of state investor seeking recommendations for an investor friendly property management company, as well as investor friendly realtors in Chattanooga. Looking to expand my out of state rental portfolio leveraging BRRRR & looking forward to making some connections!

@Account Closed I highly recommend Tunnel Property Management. Quite a few of my out of town investors have used them and are extremely pleased. During Covid rental freezes, they still maintained around a 98% collection rate.
As far as investor friendly Real Estate Agents, I would be happy to help you out! I have been an agent for almost 5 years (will receive Broker designation by the end of this month) and I am also a real estate investor myself - so I am well versed with the needs and numbers of investors. Thanks.

@Wsam Mahmoud the only company I would ever use is key rental. Dana is awesome! She’s managed my property for more than a year, and is very responsive and proactive.
