Networking in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville

Looking to network & connect with any local investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, property managers, mortgage lenders in the following cities: Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville next week.

I will be in Knoxville October 12th-13th, Chattanooga October 14th-15th, and Nashville 16th-19th 

Please don't hesitate commenting with any known networking events or meet-ups next week. I'm looking to build up a rolodex of all different types of people in the industry from these areas.

I'm in Chattanooga.  I build specs, flip SFD and small MFDs, own a PM company and doing commercial and multifamily investing as well.

    Hey Mike! I just bought a live-in flip in College Grove, TN (closing on the 12th). I’ll be in the Nashville area thru the end of the year and am looking to network more out there.

    Thanks to everyone for the responses! Quick update for anyone who is interested in connecting next week. I'll be at the Knox REIA event at 6PM in Knoxville, let me know if anyone plans on being there. I'd be up for doing a meetup on the 13th either during the day or evening, whichever works

    Apologies in advance if my posting is becoming repetitive, I'm just trying to maximize my time and resources while being here in Tennessee. I'll be in Chattanooga until Saturday morning if anyone is interested in connecting while I'm here.  Earlier today I went to the local Landlord Luncheon hosted by Christopher Brandon King.  If you haven't been and are local, I would highly recommend going in the near future.  The panel was on point, informative, and I met a lot of great people who all were willing to help. I believe the next one will be help November 11th
