All,

I am looking for referrals for a local broker experienced in multi-family real estate ( < 4 units) in the area (Houston, Katy, Pearland, etc.)

I look forward to hearing from the forum.

Thanks,

Austin

Your criteria is way too big.  I could point you in the direction of a good broker if you could give me a more narrow criteria such as how much you are looking to spend or what class of project you are looking to invest in Etc

Ideally $100-$150k but willing to go up to ~$200k+. I understand the market is tough so I'm realistic that my criteria may be difficult but that's the reason I'm looking for a solid professional.

@Bill Spell ->  Im looking in the @1MM range and would like something in a B- or better neighborhood within 15 minutes of downtown Houston.   Any thoughts or advice?

@Kendra Limbrick I don't know any brokers that specialize on the North side.  Sorry.
