Ready to take action--new investor looking for DFW agent

I've been doing my homework and reading up on the concepts behind real estate investing, and now I'm keen to take action.  

Looking for recommendations for an agent, property manager, and local investor.  Aiming to start with multifamily rental properties in the Dallas area.

    Hey all, I'm going to jump on this post as well.  Looking to network with realtors who work with investors and any wholesalers as well.  I'm ideally looking for a duplex or triplex in the Dallas/Arlington/Ft. Worth area but open to other ideas or locations.

    Hello Everyone! My husband and I are also looking for an Agent in DFW. We are looking for someone with the heart of a teacher; willing to assist newbies like ourselves. We have narrowed it down to either SFM or Duplex. We live in Valley Ranch and looking to invest near our area, but open for other locations, as well.
