I am a Realtor in Fort Collins, CO. My best friend is looking to move to Salt Lake City area and I am looking for a great Realtor to refer him to. Any recommendations of a good agent that understands single family homes as investments?
Although not required, it helps if the agent knows about the Nomad investing strategy.

Ross Patterson is more familiar with the Ogden area, but for the best person in the area, I'd start with him. Know lots of Salt Lake investor realtors, but he's outstanding.

@James Orr - I do a lot of investor work in the SLC area. I am also familiar with the Nomad approach. I have helped a few people get started with that same approach.
