Market of the Moment 2/5/2021: It is a sad state of affairs with only 162 homes active in all of Salt Lake County, up to 600k. My buyers are definitely feeling it. Offers are going 10's of 1000's over asking with appraisal waivers and money ABOVE appraisal even. We need more inventory.
