I am trying to find, without much luck, an insurance company who will insure the 2 properties I have in the USA for buildings and/or landlords insurance.
Anybody out there know of such company who deal with UK investors who are non US resident?

Hi, I'm not seeing that your citizenship has anything to do with it...what's the value of the property? Many companies have problems with low valued or small homes. Do you have credit here? Maybe the area is redlined! LOL

Simon, how are your properties titled? Are they in your name? Let me know I have owned property and casualty insurance agencies for over thirty years. I might be able to assist you I just need to know more about the property.

I have sold property to an Italian investor and my insurance agent provided them with a policy. The property is a single fam with a section 8 tenant also
