Use the search tool. This question comes up every other week. There is no conflict. Do everyone a favor and use the DORA contracts. They are FREE! Then spend the coin, meet with an attorney, and get language for the additional provisions section that allows you to assign. FYI homeowners in foreclosure require different contracts.
