Hello BP! I am intrested I getting started with airbnb is Seattle, WA. Does anybody know what I need to start and how do I find a landlord that would let me rent their home so that I can run a airbnb business out of the unit? I'd also like to know, up how many airbnb properties can you have? Thank you in advance!

Falisha  - are  you proposing to  be a property manager then ?   or are you wanting to  buy  a  property to make it into an airbnb?

Seattle is a pretty good market for Airbnb. However, you can only have 2 units according to the new Short-term Rental Ordinance. Also, the market is a little seasonal. Late autumn and winter are a lot slower than the rest of the year.

Sounds like you're looking to do some Airbnb arbitrage without purchasing any property, is that right @Falisha Lee ?
