Refinance Single Family for Foreign Investors

Hello everyone

I have a leased property in Milwaukee and I'm looking to refinance it. I live outside the US. Can anyone recommend me a lender or broker with good interest rates and high LTV?

    @Eitan David - I can recommend a lender for foreign investors. DM for details. However, I don't think they have a high LTV right now.
