It has been a while since I have written in the Forum but I have taken another step into the world of Real Estate investing. Now, I have a pre-approval letter from a bank lender to purchase a 2 to 4 unit property. However, now I need a good real estate agent that has knowledge in real estate investing to find a great property to invest in. There is no better place to ask than here in BP. Does anyone recommend someone or is any real estate agent out there available?

Hey @Joaquin Soto I'm in investor and broker and work with a number of investors. Would be happy to connect and see if we would be a good fit. I can also provide reference from other BP members I've worked with.
But being that I'm in PA, and you're in Wisconsin correct? That doesn't seem to be the best option. But what I can do, is vet agents closer to you, to ensure high quality service and that you're getting the best agent possible! I hope that helps!

I used Nick Janasik with Coldwell Banker for my 3 unit. He was recommended to me because he also does multi family management and property investing! He did an awesome job and I plan on using him again!
