     NONE, waste of time, connect with those that deal with sec 8, learn then apply what you learn. It takes about 1 min conversation to understand it , its not rocket science :)

     NONE!!! Connect with someone that has worked with govt programs, its really not that difficult. Learn then apply what you learned,
