Is the Pace Morby sub two community/coarse worth it?
Hey everyone! I am considering joining sub two. I was just curious if anyone here had any experience or thoughts/reviews to share.
I feel like it's a great way to learn more about creative financing and other re investment strategies. I was surprised by the cost when I was about to sign up Mentorship programs can be expensive and I do see the value for sure.
Thanks in advance for any input!

Too much free information on youtube to buy a course.

Hey Jonathan!
We joined in 2020 and its been a great investment. The community is amazing and there is so much learning content and new videos weekly!
We love it.
Good Luck
Hi Jonathan, everything is what you make of it. The course is great but you get it for the community and it is unlike any other, it's a very giving community and so many big hitters offering so much help. Let me know if you want to know more details about it and I'm happy to share with you my experience.

@Jonathan Pitcher Before you read, please note I do not care whether you decide to join Pace’s community or not, but I’d like to share my experience having been in the program for almost a year.
If you think you’re just getting a traditional course with six modules you are PAINFULLY mistaken.
There are hundreds of hours of live zooms every single day within the community that cover just about every single area of real estate/business that you could possibly want to know anything about.
You can join and ask questions and network at any time.
All zooms are recorded to watch a later date too.
There’s also a very active Facebook group, as well as live meet ups.
It will take you 2 to 3 years to discover all of the value that is within the community.
The community is full of people who genuinely just want to help you.
Even if you never watch a single video and just call 50 people who are inside of the group already, you will make meaningful connections with private money lenders, wholesalers, realtors, and people doing deals who will help you and answer your questions.
This community is LIFE CHANGING.

Quote from @Jonathan Pitcher:Keep in mind, it won't be Pace Morby teaching you and it won't be "one on one". It will be various people who may or may not have correctly understood what they have been told by others.

The "communiuty" is the old "telephone" game you played as a kid. One person tells another, who tells another and so on. I'd be careful.
Things that get left out are more important than the things that get passed on.
I'd suggest working with someone who teaches one on one, which is the way I learn best, as do most people.

Hi Jonathan! I recently joined subto (a few months ago) and while I haven't closed on a creative deal yet the community and access to countless resources makes it well worth the money.
While the entirety of the course is centered around creative finance (obviously), it's about way more than just buying a SFH via creative means. The course, zoom vault, community and live zooms provide a wholistic, end to end approach to building your own real estate empire.
Want to learn about asset structuring? Done. Multifamily acquisition via creative finance? You guessed it. Building and scaling a wholesale business? Yup. Sample legal documentation? Got you. Buying a business via creative finance? Boom done. The course is structured so you can focus on YOUR strengths to build a business that works best for you and your desired lifestyle. SOO is it worth it? 1000% yes BUT only if you're willing to put in the time and effort to not only growing yourself but also providing value to others around you.
