I just wanted to say to people new in the real estate industry or experience people such as myself.  Pace Morby's Mentorship is worth 100 times the cost and the community is fantastic.  There is so much great comprehensive content it would be difficult or impossible to get through it in a lifetime.  Not only are there 4 to 8 different live zoom meetings a day but there is a comprehensive library of knowledge in the vault. He is constantly evolving his content and it is up to date with market conditions and content.  Anything in the creative real estate field is listed in his knowledge base. I have 40 years of experience and I am learning many important things and concepts everyday.  It is a great way to turbo charge anyones real estate career.
