Best ONLINE courses for Fix & Flip / BRRRR (Construction + Underwriting focus)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to level up on the construction and underwriting side of real estate investing — specifically for Fix & Flip and BRRRR projects.

I’m not really looking for beginner-level content or general theory. I’m trying to find a high-quality online course (or program) that goes deep into:

  • Rehab estimation & budgeting
  • Scope of Work (SOW) creation
  • Managing contractors / GC relationships
  • Project timelines & avoiding delays
  • Construction decision-making (what to fix vs. not)
  • Deal underwriting with accurate rehab numbers

Basically — something that can help me become very strong on the renovation execution side, not just finding deals.

I know a lot of courses out there are more “marketing heavy” and don’t really go deep into construction, so I’m trying to filter for real value programs.

Has anyone here actually taken a course that delivered real value on this side of the business?
Would you recommend it?

Appreciate any insights 🙏
