Hey and Happy holidays BP Fam!

Has anyone heard of or used any of Mr. Mark Whitten products.  He specializes in wholesaling houses.  The program is called Flip your house like your hair is on fire. Any feed back at all is welcomed.  Thanks in advance.

Mark Whitten is Real Estate agent that is also an active wholesaler in the Baltimore area. Mark is very knowledgeable in the wholesale and short sale process. I have never purchased any of his products but he is actively closing deals.

    Never heard of him, but my first piece of feedback is that the title of that program is horrible.  If anything, I would recommend flipping your house as if your hair is not on fire, and as if there is very little chance that your hair will catch on fire at any point throughout the process.

    Of course, maybe there's some advantage to flipping houses while stopping, dropping and rolling on the ground screaming, "HELP ME! HELP ME!"...but I'm not sure what it would be...

    I've heard of them but I've never used them. That program was actually one of the first ones I came across when I learned the concept of wholesaling. I have spoken with a few of the people he mentored and they seemed pleased and are still doing deals today. Again I never used any or went to any of his meetings.

    I've heard good things about Mark, so I'd assume that his course is quality. Steve Cook's wholesaling course is VERY good and affordable.

    Anthony,

    I used one of Mark's other programs which basically gives you the tools to get started. It has all of the basics of wholesaling. For my understanding the "Flip Houses Like Your Hair is On Fire" is a full mentor guide with exclusive tools. It's cool to be concerned about what you're investing your money into, but I personally think you will always have a better chance trusting your gut. That way you avoid those mixed feelings from all of the mixed answers causing you to pull back and never take action. NO RISK, NO REWARD! Mark is ACTIVELY wholesaling which in my eyes is always a major plus. GO FOR IT!!!

    I have o roof his programs and its just videos on how to set up your business and then drive 4 dollars. Real ground level stuff. It was real good too.

    Thanks for taking the time out to give your advice.  You do have a point about taking action.  If I get caught up on wheather or not to buy a program then the real estate game is not for me.  I'M GOING IN!!!

    I am actually in the wholesaling business because of Mark Whitten. He introduced the simple formula to be able to wholesale houses and make money in the real estate business. At the last seminar he taught over one hundred Baltimore area residents (free of charge) how to " Flip houses like your hair's on fire" which he gasve us both CD's with forms, contracts, etc and how to get the ball rolling. So if you are interested I highly recommend it. Congrats on your wholesale journey.

    I am also curious about the program. However In his videos he seems legit....So that you dont feel alone taking taking a risk I am also going to purchase the program. I guess we have to break change to make change

    Yes Mark Whitten is very good, I witnessed him and AntwanBusiness make 200k in 30 minutes.
